Again, sorry it's been so long! Man, time is such a weird concept; especially once you have kids and time is flying. As always, thanks for hanging in there with me and continuing to help me on this journey of promoting mental health care!
I'm so excited to talk to you all again and share some exciting information!
I've officially branched out and am starting my own virtual private practice, Marching On Pediatric Mental Health Care, LLC.
Here, I will be seeing children ages three to 17, but also some adults! So, if you turn 18 while in my care, no need to worry about finding another provider; you can stick with me well into your adulthood. I know how stressful it can be to find a provider that you feel comfortable with, so no worries in having to make that change.
I remember being 14 years old and wondering 'what in the world is wrong with me?' Having depression and anxiety as a child is so terrifying and isolating and can feel like a never-ending battle. Looking back now, however, I'm so much stronger because of what I've gone through. I think it's one of the reasons why I love my career and remain so passionate about my patients and the care they receive. I never want a child or their families to feel alone in their journey through mental health. I am here to ensure that each patient I see leaves each appointment feeling better and with a sense of hope and purpose. I will continue to be a listening ear and supportive soul to help you all reach the goals you set for yourself and your families.
